What's holding you and/or your organization back from opportunity? Do you see a culture of whining, criticizing and fear-based decisions? This session will provide tools to assist you in creating a mindset of discovery in your personal and professional life. Specifically these tools will help you discover how to:

  1. Listen to learn and understand, rather than just "hear"
  2. Defer judgment rather than shutting doors of opportunity with immediate criticism
  3. Reframe from a whining mindset to a discovery and solutions-based mindset
