Let Me Be Brutally Honest With You

"Let me be brutally honest with you." Honest, yes. But Brutal?? Really? Couldn't we achieve better results by being "authentically" honest instead of brutal? This session will introduce strategies to help participants provide authentic, effective feedback that is constructive rather than destructive.

Objectives:.

·         recognize four behaviors that have a huge impact on the quality of conversations

·         discuss the outcome of caring for others while still speaking candidly

·         implement the communication tips immediately for more effective conversation
