About the Speaker
Joseph Roby has been practicing law for almost 40 years, primarily in management-side labor and employment law, including labor negotiations, arbitrations, NLRB cases, discrimination law, and general litigation and appeals.  He is certified as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Mr. Roby graduated with highest honors from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and received his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
