Please join us for a 2 part series learning about Indirect Compensation as a tool for recruitment and retention.

Over a two part series (3 hrs. total), this course lays the foundation for understanding of Indirect Compensation. We will cover all compensation that is not paid directly to an employee in the form of a salary (e.g. Health, Life, Dental, Vacation). This will further educate HR/Business professionals and help them coach their employees to understand the value of Indirect Compensation.

Participants can expect a presentation that contains graphs and examples utilizing relevant workforce information, polls, and interactive discussions. You can also expect to engage with each other and create an interactive session of ideas and feedback.

This 2 part series has been approved for  3.00    HR (General)  recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).

However, BOTH series must be attended in order to receive credit. No partial credits will be given.
