Please see this new opportunity from the Boys and Girls Club! This is a great way to connect your HR know-how to an important mission in the Twin Ports area.

Boys and Girls Club HR Committee Member

The purpose of the committee is to provide our board of directors with suggestions and recommendations based on industry knowledge. Some examples include: the hiring process, employee evaluation process, health insurance cost and coverage. We have solid practices in place but we are always looking to improve and stay current with trends. The time commitment would be 1-2 hours every other month during the middle of the day, typically a lunch meeting. If you are interested, please contact Todd Johnson, CEO, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland, by e-mail at tjohnson@bgcnorth.org or phone: 218-727-1549
