Current members of the Northland Human Resources Association are invited to participate in a research study that is sponsored by the University of Minnesota Duluth. The purpose of this research is to examine how to make the hiring process more effective.

If you agree to participate, you will be asked to review a job application and answer a short series of questions about the job applicant and about yourself. This will take about 45 minutes and can be completed at your convenience from any computer with an internet connection. As part of this study, you will be asked to complete a short personality survey. At the end of the study, you will be provided with feedback on your personality scores. 

To participate in this study, you must be a human resources professional who is at least 18 years old. If you meet these inclusion criteria, complete at least 95% of the study, and provide your email address, you will be entered into a drawing for one of twenty (20) $50 Amazon.com gift cards.
