Over the last two Minnesota legislative sessions a series of labor laws were passed and amended.  Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) is one of those laws and impacts every employer and employee in the state.  This presentation will provide an overview of the ESST law and highlight the 2024 legislative amendments and what they mean for employers.  Attendees will hear directly from the agency charged with implementing, overseeing and enforcing ESST and will have the chance to ask questions specific to their business situation.
