About our Presenter:

Alec Beck


Alec Beck is an attorney who has practiced in the areas of labor relations, employment law and human resource services for over 30 years.  He has tried over 100 cases on behalf of employers throughout the United States.  He is dual-certified – as an SPHR by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and as a Labor and Employment Specialist by the Minnesota Bar Association.  He is a former Chair of the Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section, and has served as General Counsel to Minnesota SHRM for several years.
